Description
The dataset contains the experimental results from Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer for different reactor designs, supporting Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 in the associated publication. Each csv file contains the fitted results after fitting a lognormal distribution to the particle size distribution, the main carrier gas flow rate in slpm (q1), the precursor carrier gas gas flow rate in sccm (q2), the corona discharge voltage in kV (HV), the discharge current in uA (current), whether the neutraliser is in-place for the scanning (NEU), calculated precursor concentration in ppb (Fe_conc), calculated volumetric particle yield in nm^3/cm^3 (yield), calculated power input in mW (power).
