This paper delves into the challenges confronting Florida's property insurance market due to climate change impacts, emphasizing the need for policies that champion resilience and adaptation. Through rigorous literature review and analysis, this paper delineates the crucial components for crafting such policies, encompassing climate adaptation measures, financial incentives for risk reduction, and equity considerations.
