Abstract: In 1993, Tian Feng, a composer of China Symphony Orchestra, came to Yunnan Province where live the greatest number of ethnic people. He established the so called Chuanxi Hall to house folk artists and talented children of the province. His goal was to protect ethnic cultures and to preserve them by teaching. This documentary film is about his Chuanxi Hall.
