This repository contains the results from the paper ' Compulsivity and impulsivity traits linked to attenuated developmental fronto-striatal myelination trajectories' by Ziegler*, Hauser*, et al. (2019)

The results were obtained as described in the paper and the provided result maps are primarily covering Figures 1-4 as well as supplementary files.

The data is structured based on different contrasts/effects showing thresholded z-scored maps.

Files beginning with 'mt_' are myelin-MT-maps (using VBQ), whereas files beginning with 'gmv'/'wmv' depict the macrostructural gray and white matter volumes (using VBM).
