Abstract
This collection contains 12 videos showing various aspects of Mongghul culture in northeast Qinghai Province. The videos depict various folk practices, including song, folktales, and village rituals.
Description
This video contains footage of wedding songs, wedding speeches, and funeral laments. The wedding song is sung when the groom’s representatives come to take the bride from her natal home and is sung to invite her out of her home. The wedding speech is spoken in Tibetan. Usually, funeral laments are sung by females. 在这个录像里有序地包含了婚礼歌和婚礼词以及哀悼歌的片段。当新郎的代表来接新娘的时候唱这首歌让新娘从家里出来。婚礼词是用藏语说的，因为一百多年前土族受到了藏文化极大的影响。哀悼歌一般是由女人（女儿，孙女或儿媳）唱的。
