Description: Talwas is famous for its fair and snake procession in which men goes into the jungle, finds a snake and carry it to the Tejaji Shrine in a procession while singing the Tejaji Ballad. They believe that it is incarnation of Delwarji (Snake deity). The village also stages Tejaji-ka-khel (i.e. Drama based on Tejaji’s life) during the fair.
